Hello from Ohio! (GF = gluten free)

I'm gluten-free for health reasons, I love to cook & eat healthy! I had no idea how much sugar I was eating until I logged my meals here... how do diabetics do it?! Just like gluten, sugar is in everything!!!

I work a desk job and push to find ways to get walking/stretching into my breaks. My overall weight loss goal is 100 pounds. I'm hoping to find new friends and encouragement here!

    Hello! :) I am Sarah from Ohio. I do agree you really do not realize what is in stuff until you really start logging. I am not gluten free but I do watch my sugars/carbs because i am diabetic. I currently control it with diet and exercise no meds so it is possible :) I still have about 80 lbs to lose. Feel free to add me if you would like :) Bet of luck on your journey! :)

    Hi I am new also and from Australia. I found the sugar count interesting because I have type 2 diabetes. Good luck with your journey. I am still trying to figure this site out haha :) Can anyone help me, not sure how I upload my weight and results?
