Okay I am really kind of confused.. I worked out using my bowflex home gym for 20 minutes, but when I logged it under strength training it didn't calculate any calories burned or anything. So how do I know for sure how many calories I am burning when using the bowflex???

That's weird. My fiance uses a Bowflex and enters strength training and gets excercise calories. Usually it asks him for the time spent doing strength training. I don't think he uses the actual phrase Bowflex though. It comes up as "Strength Training, Weight Lifting, Weight Training."0

You have to post your strength training under cardio not strength training. Using a HRM, I generally am at about 200 calorie for a 60 min work out on my bowflex. I to all my reps to exhaustion at a heavy weight. Still trying to figure the HRM thing out tho.0
