My new plan

After a not-so-good doctor's visit, I need to revamp my dieting. I was consuming 16100 calories a week (I found it easier to do it weekly) and hitting the gym 4x a week and burning 550 calories per sessions.
I need to cut more calories. I decided to go down to 1000 M-F BUT allow myself to fill up on fruits and veggies without counting those. The weekends will be 'cheat days' where I can consume whatever leftover calories I have. I will also tone it down at the gym because I know the harder I workout, the more hungry I get.
