The half pound dilemma

I'm weighing in pounds. MFP only records whole pounds, so if I weight X 3/4 lbs I round it up to the higher figure and if its X 1/4 lbs I round it down to the lower. The dilemma is what to do if the scales show X 1/2lb? Do I round up and record a 'lower' weight loss or round down and put myself under pressure to lose the extra 1/2 lb the next week?
It's trivial in the great scheme of things, I'm interested to know what other people do?

enter the decimal number - MFP will keep track accurately even though it only displays the whole number. I always do and it always does.

I record my weight to the half pound. (My scale goes to 1/8s but I round down so X 7/8 or X 3/4 or X 5/8 become X 1/2 etc)

Just put in the decimal as the above poster said. If I loose 2.5 pounds MFP will say I've lost 3lbs on the homepage but it will record it accurately elsewhere.

I put it in accurately - the ticker may not show the half pounds but MFP does count it :)

Yes, this. It's just the ticker that doesn't show it.
