ongoing battle

I worked my butt off over the course of a year to lose about 55 pounds. Then, I started a new job, hated the new job, was stressed about the job, "didn't have time" to work out or prepare healthy meals because of the new job. and about 15 pounds of that crept back on.
Now, I'm pregnant. I know that it shouldn't bother me so much, but I'm terrified of gaining all the weight back during this pregnancy. I know what I have to do in order to keep that from happening, and I know that it's safe, healthy, and realistic to gain some of the weight back. But I'm only 8 weeks along and have already noticed a change in my appetite and my ability to turn down crap food.
I need advice. Please. Any moms out there who lost weight, had babies, and then had to lose it again? Any moms who were able to stay relatively healthy and active throughout the pregnancy? Any ideas for how to avoid cravings or anything like that? This is my first baby, and both my husband and I are super excited, but this little nagging voice in the back of my head won't shut up about my weight.
Thanks! (And merry Christmas!)

Have you had your first Doctor's appt yet? I think this is a great question to ask what is a healthy weight gain. You can still continue to exercise and eat healthy. Are you planning on breast feeding that helps you lose weight after too. Also ask what is a good calorie intake for you now that you are pregnant. I think if you keep everything in check and are aware that you will do great. Congrats on baby number 1. I hope you have a great pregnancy.0

Thanks - yes I had my first appointment a couple weeks ago. The nurse practitioner told me I should only gain around 15 - 20 lbs. I go back next week for my first OB and ultrasound appointments. I will have to ask the doctor for a specific calorie range - good idea. And yes, I'm planning on continuing to exercise throughout the pregnancy and I'm planning to breast feed. I just can't shove the panic of gaining it all back out of my mind. *sigh*0
