RECOMMIT!!!!!!!

I have been tracking my food and exercise for about 60+ days now. Tracking but not really doing anything to change myself. I was and still am proud of myself for tracking for this long. I have never before stuck to anything when it came to being accountable with my oral intake and my exercise. I am ready to actually make this work for me. I know I can check in each day--been doing that. I know I can follow a diet plan and I know I can exercise. It is time to combine all three and make it work for me. I started by saying no excuses and I am not allowing myself to make any. So here I go again--with a different mindset--this time I will not just track: I will change my habits and improve my life. I will!:smile:

    You can do it. Just remember baby steps and don't overwhelm yourself. I think you have done exactly what you need to do to get to where you want to be. Now go get that weight off!!! :)
