My name is Bambi and I have been a member for a long time but the last year has been a whirlwind, moving from the deep South to northern Indiana and I have been off the wagon and blamed it on stress and depression. The time for excuses is over. I am not waiting for the New Year. I start NOW! So I pledge to myself to log in every single thing I put into my mouth and to be accountable instead of making excuses!
