I'm surprised no one's mentioned it since this has been making the rounds on social media lately:
The absolute easiest way to make perfect "hard-boiled" eggs:
1) Use a cupcake pan, and put an egg in each hole.
2) Place in a preheated oven at 400-degrees for about 20 minutes.
3) Place eggs in ice water for 5 minutes.
Done - perfect eggs.

I did that at Easter and some of them were a little burned. It was odd.0 -
1. Add eggs to pan
2. Add water to cover eggs
3 gently boil 20-22 mins
