Just hanging in there...

So, over the past 3 1/2 months I have lost 30 pounds, I only ate cheat foods FOUR days out of that entire time and I am proud of that. But, now that I have 10-15 pounds left to go, I feel like I have totally stopped. I switched up my diet a bit, as well as adding HIIT workouts in to my exercise routine but I am still stuck at the same place. I workout 5-6 days a week already. Also, even though I've lost 30 pounds, I can still wear the same clothes (although they are looser). I thought by now I'd be getting to wear a few sizes down and I'm very disappointed by it. I don't get how I could have lost 30 pounds but nothing is really fitting better. I feel like when I do lose, it's only from the top and now my top half is all squishy, I have no breasts, and my hips refuse to get any smaller. I just don't understand because I've gotten back down to my original size 3 times in the past without any of these problems. I thought maybe writing about it and having some encouragement would make me feel better.

Have patience. I lost on top too at first. My bottom took a bit longer. Are you doing any weighted or resistance exercises? I did water calisthenics and they really seemed to shape up my bottom and were killer core exercises too.0

Yes, with the HIIT workouts I am doing there are a lot of squats and lunges involved. I just started it so I'm hoping it works! Thanks for the encouragement!0
