So I've gone a while without logging, I joined just before the holidays which didn't work out for me because I'm not very disciplined yet. So I'm starting brand new as of right now. I was going to wait til Jan. 1, but that's just pushing my weight loss further & further away. I'm ready to get serious & start this new journey-& stay with it! I love that my tracker is all right here on my iPhone with super easy access! I'm going to get a Zumba workout dvd tomorrow, so that should be a fun way to get in some exercise. Feel free to post about your journey on here so far, & how it's helped you. I appreciate the motivation!

    The iPhone app is great isn't it?! You can stay accountable at all times. I love it :)

    I let go a little over Christmas, but I'm not beating myself up over it. I've worked out extra hard these last couple of days, and it feels good to know that I can let myself splurge a little then get back on track. All the best to you, I'm sure you're gonna kick butt!!

    Oh my I also lost control and have been terrible about keeping track! Today I did a great job, got 35 minutes of exercise in and didn't go over my calorie goal! I just got to keep at it and do the same tomorrow! Well off to bed now I think. I have to be up at 5:30 if I want to get some exercising in!

    Tomorrow is my fresh start.....again.
    I am terrified to weigh in :sad:

    I too was going to wait until Jan. 1st....well 2nd after the last of the dinners but I just feel so aweful. I feel like a fat, lazy slob.
    Jan. 2nd 2008 was when I first found calorie counting. I lost 30lbs from Jan - April and got pregnant june/july.

    March 2010 I finished breastfeeding and gave calorie counting a go again. I lost 32lbs in total but sadly have gained at least 5lbs...that I know of. I am sure tomorrow will show another gain but I have to get to my goal. I was 8lbs away when it went all down hill.
    I have to do this! I can do this! I will do this!
