Just Bobbing Around

Up, down, up, down, this is the way it has gone for me over the last 9 months. Up and down on the same 7lbs soooo frustrating I want to give up!!! But I just can't let it beat me. Working out out hard at the gym for usually 3x a week, mixture of cardio and weights. Up'd my intensity so burning more. I know I'm not that consistent with my calorie counting but it really doesn't seem to make a difference. Tried more calories tried less calories no difference. Ranging from 1400-1650. Have been on citalopram since last April and am now just coming off of them, not sure if this has caused a problem or not, but my weight loss stopped when my dose was up to 30mg at the start of the year. Any thought please would be appreciated.

People tend to eat their exercise calories and then more. We tend to over estimate what we burn and under estimate how many we consume. Also high sodium and not enough water keeps on a lot of water weight.
