Just wanted to post a new personal best!! Yesterday I was able to run a full 2 miles with no stopping!! I was also able to do it in a time of 22:50 which was also another personal best. I was very pleased and wanted to share. :smile:

    No, post away. Typically you see these posts in the 'Motivation and Support' section of the forums. But you'll just get a bunch of 'awesome jobs!' and 'That's great'

    This section gives us an opportunity to put in silly running gifs.

    Clearly superior because running gifs are funny.
