I am looking for ideal to be able to stand up and get a few mins or seconds of exercise at my desk during the day.

Few of us have started taking 2 breaks and going up and down 6 flight of stairs may i've done is twice. Doing this Twice a day.

I was just able to do some squats while on a conference call.

Looking for ideals to get off my rump all day and keep moving.

And if I warm up in this freezing office Major plus.

Thank you all

You can google "desk exercise" and get lots of ideas. Really any movement is good. I sometimes do leg lifts (while sitting in a chair lift one leg at a time and hold for 10-15 sec, then repeat with opposite leg). Also squeezing your knees together to tighten thigh muscles for 10-15 sec count then release. Even bouncing your legs will burn calories, lol.

i sit all day at work, and i never slouch in my chair, and I hold my posture straight all day , that's exercise in itself.

My coworkers think I'm strange because I'll get up and walk over to someone's desk to ask a question, but even that little bit of walking keeps me sane. I also get exercise during my commute.

The MFP 28 day squat challenge is doable at work, especially if people can't see you doing pistol squats in your cubicle/office.
