Back after a long time 'off the wagon'

I'm back after about a two year hiatus, so I've got some catching up to do. 5'11" and around 215 (down 10 pounds from when I started getting myself under control last month!), my final goal is around 180 and a 40-min 5-mile. Would appreciate any encouragement you have to offer.
I tend to do great as long as I'm following a routine, but as soon as there's a break in the routine I seem to fall apart. So it'll be good to be part of a group that might notice if I don't show up as often as I should.

Welcome back! I know what you mean about routine. If I plan and organize I can be, lets say, just about perfect; however, as soon as something slides out of place it is so easy to fall back into old habits. I am trying to shake the bad summer eating habits and get back on course. Best of luck to you on your journey. Feel free to add me!0
