Hip Hopin Abs

I ordered this new ab workout yesterday. Anybody know anything about it? It's called Hip Hopin Abs... or something like that. LOL! (I'm not very good with names!)

    I don't know anything about Hip Hop Abs but I just recently started using Turbo Jams and really like it. It is a fun way to lose weight. Let me know what you think, Good Luck.:bigsmile:

    I did hip hop abs a couple years ago, it actually did work while I was doing it. And I love Shaun t <3

    I love doing the Hip Hop abs Full Body Burn. This morning I burned 474 calories for 45 minutes.

    i was thinking of buying it but i've seen so many prices i don't know what set i should be buying
    this dvd set looks fun though i'd like to try it
