Weight Loss after major surgery

Hi Everyone!

I started working out and eating healthier last week. I do a full body massage on myself before I get out of bed in the morning. I had a major hysterectomy where they basically fileted me like fish because when I had my son via c-section 20 years ago, it wasn't done right and I had scar tissue as far up as my liver and kidneys. It's been seven months, and when I go to massage my stomach, it still feels really swollen, which is depressing.

Does anyone have advice on how to get the swelling to finally go away? I appreciate any advice you can give me :)

Annette

This seems like something you need to discuss with a doctor or surgeon rather then people on the internet.

I'd go and speak to your Doctor. If its a complication of the surgery the Doctor is the only one who could give you informed and safe advice

I know a guy that knows a guy whose wife had the same thing. She ate grapefruits.
