Pumpkin is a vegetable. Eggs are protein. There is some dairy and grains in there too. A perfect food. Like carrot cake.0

It is especially good with Fresh and Easy's Vanilla Bean Maple Syrup - which coincidentally has no sodium.0 -

Pumpkin? Or pumpkin spice? Cause they can be had separately, thought are frequently associated as the same taste as they rarely come separately... but they can. *nods* I love them both.0 -

I marinate my chicken in maple syrup, thyme, mustard and oil - it gives you that 'sweet taste' - and then you roll it in your bread crumbs and bake it.0 -
