BodyWeight Squats 5 sets x 14+ reps
Body weight Calf Raises 5 sets x 10+ reps
Kneeling push-ups 5 sets x 3+ reps
Planks 3 sets for 20 seconds
Bicep Curls 5 sets x 10 reps at 4lbs until I can get something heavier.
I've got absolutely crap for upper body strength and my shoulder is messed up so I'm going kinda easy on it. But otherwise is this missing anything? I'll be getting heavier dumbells once I'm sure my shoulder won't object to much.

shoulder rehab : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A0ONHZmsFec that's a 5 day a week protocol that's REALLY good!
I'd swap out the bicep curls for bent rows.
any particular reason you're doing calf raises? you could do plyometric squat jumps (just make sure get low on the squat and spring up as high as you can and land as lightly as you can) to combine the two. that way if you can combine them you'll have more time to do the shoulder stuff0 -
I'll give the bent over rows a shot. Honestly, cause it feels like the squats aren't doing much for my calves but I'm working on a challenge so gotta work that in somewhere. As for the shoulder thing I'm working on it with my doctor, but its slow going to even figure out what is wrong with it in the first place.0

What are your fitness goals? People can give you better advice if they know where you're headed.0

Eventually weight lifting plans for strong lifts 5x5 but with my shoulder like it is that's out for now. So mostly at this point as a an aide to getting in better shape and to help with weight loss.0

Its also because an ATX or BTX form factor computer fully built is heavy and I have trouble lifting them and with the job I'm trying to get and the classes I'm taking I will have to eventually.0
