If I don't pass my calories but I pass a bit carbs or sugar?

Hello. I would like to know if it's ok ? I'm ok with calories. But sometimes I pass over 20 or 10 with sugar or carbs. But no everyday. is it ok?

    If you are under your calories goal. 10-20grams of sugar now and then wont kill you. Special not if this also means that there are days you are a bit under the goal.
  • As long as you are getting the nutrients you need to be healthy and support your goal(vitamins, minerals, fats, and protein) what you do with the rest of your cals dosnt matter.
