Hi all. Just stumbled upon this device in searching online for compact fitness equipment that does not tax the joints. I have some resistance bands from Altus (they look more like bungie cords than rubber) and tried to do some of the leg exercises with them including squats but my knees just would not accomodate it. Anyway, I found this product and so far have only seen positive reviews for it. Walmart.com had it for $24, but is out of stock now. I have found it a few other places for $30 plus shipping. Just wondering if anyone has tried this or any of the other isometric products and whether they were effective for you. Not looking to get "ripped" as the ads suggest - let's face it, any muscle I have is buried by a very thick layer of fat, but still hoped it might work what is underneath ;-)
