My feet have grown?!!

Yeah, so pretty much as above. My feet have grown...?!! I have been a UK 6 for as long as I can remember. When I bought some new running shoes a couple of months ago I had to get a 6.5 (never happens) and when I bought some new work shoes a few weeks ago I had to buy 7's!! :noway:

I have lost 20lbs so if anything I would've expected them to get smaller (they're quite wide - I hate shoe shopping as it is). I started running in June or thereabouts. Does running cause kipper feet?! I'm 28. Didn't anticipate foot growth at this age... I hope they stop!!

That is most likely happening for 2 reasons. 1 now that you are running more you are working out the tiny stability muscle in your feet causing them to grow, also because running is so high impact that is causing your feet to swell up a small amount

I am not a runner and have the same problem - from an 8AA to 8 1/2 B after pregnancy. A few years later, up to a 9, then 9 1/2, and, just in the last year, a 10! I just hope it stops.
