Plateau after first 13lbs lost. I have 80lbs to go, help!

I have lost 13lbs and have 80lbs to go and I already hit a plateau. It's frustrating. I kind hit one around 9lbs and now again at 13lbs! I'm tracking my calories and activity and I believe I'm pretty accurate and I should have continued to lose but that's not the case. I haven't eaten anything very salty.... I thought maybe I am eating too few so calories to I increased them for the last 4 days with no real change. I'm going to try less than what I was doing but the amount I've been eating has been working this far. I've also changed up my exercise routine. If reducing calories doesn't work, do you have any other thoughts?

    #1 How long have you been stuck at 13 lbs. lost? True plateaus are several weeks long. Weight loss is not linear so seeing no movement for 2-3 weeks and then having the scale drop several pounds all at once is common. The first bit of weight loss spoils us because it often comes fast and furious so when it slows a bit there is a tendency to prematurely think we are plateauing.

    #2 Four days is not long enough to evaluate a change in calories.

    Well i don't know how we can be expected to help you when you give us so little information. Just to show you what i mean i'm not even going to suggest questions. You have to guess what we may need to know. Guess is what you are asking us to do.
