I have been on MFP for a few months now, and I started off great. I lost 23 lbs the first 2 months. My problem is, I'm stuck there. I did gain 3 lbs during the Thanksgiving holidays, and I've lost them. I keep track of my calories and exercise and should be losing weight. I haven't change anything, but I haven't lost any more the past month. Any suggestions?

Try changing it up a bit. Do you exercise? Are they the same all the time? If so try something different. Our bodies learn to adjust to things. Also, have you ever zig zagged your calories? Eating more than goal one day and higher the next for a week or so? This also helps to jump start the metabolism when it gets used to the way things have been going. Good luck with your plateau!0
