Oversleeping and my MFP Activity Level?

I hope I can explain this question properly.

I'm a full-time nursing student, with a part-time job as a PCA... this means that I'm usually somewhat active during the day. Because of that, I set my activity level to "slightly active" or whichever one included the nurse as an example.

Now here's my actual question, I didn't set an alarm last night and I ended up sleeping for 12!!! hours! Should that impact my calorie goal for the day? and if so how? I know that you normally add exercise that is out of the norm to add calories but should I be taking them away for sedentary days?

Also, I was thinking I could go work out, but only eat so many calories as to make my net calories 1200. Any thoughts?

(My regular goal is 1500/day if that info helps)

LMAO.gif Personally I set my activity level to the lowest setting...count all my exercises and everything else I burn is butter (and other bad stuff).
