Any suggestions as to healthy choices at an Indian restaurant? I know curry would be full of fat. I'm thinking tandoori chicken. Is there a web site that might have calorie counts for ethnic food?

I almost wanna say everything is on the healthier side except maybe for the lamb given its HIGH in fat. Tandoori chicken is good and super yummy and any of the dips in moderation, hey they are veggies after all. If you wanna play it afe, go veggie its almost never fail, unless of course there is cream sauce or butter dripped all over it and this is a cuisine that wont do that!!! You are pretty safe here.

You can try to go Caloriesperhour.com they usually have lots of different foods listed.
