I am usually short 50 carbs for the day and about 15 of fat........is that bad?????? should i always make sure to meet all my daily intakes......?????????

ahh, bad? Dunno, I would probably try to get closer, but it's not a game stopper or anything like that.0

You never have to reach the full allotment of fat. I wish MFP did a separation of saturated and unsaturated fat because they mean such different things for your body. Alas, though.0
