Wow you guys are great

I posted on here a few days ago about how upset I was with myself for falling off the wagon. I had lost 18lbs over about 8 weeks and then had a week of just eating crap. Well I am now on day 3 of doing much better. Sticking to my calories religiously and I guessed I had put on about 8 of the 18lbs lost so I weighed today and I'm still down 13lbs so only 5 more to get me back to where i was and then I can focus on the next 20. Thank you again for all your words of support and encouragement.

    Congratulations on getting back on track!!!! It is a marathon we are running - and the first few miles are the hardest! You are doing great!

    Well done. Getting to grips with things before they went too far. Make it one back two and many more forward. This time next year you will be where you want to be or closer depending on your goals.
