ANyone got a low-cal, taste decent recipe for either of the 2 in the subject?

    I don't have a good recipe for stuffed portabellos...but if you just take a large portabello and lightly drizzle with olive oil, then broil it...it makes a pretty good snack! (If you love mushrooms...)
