I am sure there will be tons of people starting their "new diet" for the "new year" and I am going to be one of those people! I have struggled with weight my whole life. Graduated college in 2003 weighing 224Lbs. By the beginning of 2006, I lost 50Lbs on Weight Watchers and a close "bond" with my treadmill. Since then, I got married, had a baby, went through a nasty divorce and now find myself back at 191Lbs. I have a happy healthy little girl, and amazing boyfriend and now an extra bonus would be to be happy with my body!
