Hello:

I'm just curious if you guys could give me some feedback on the types of teas out there. I know there are different colors pertaining to something specific, but I am not sure as to what. Write now I'm just drinking black and green.

Green Tea and Black Tea actually come from the same plant. The difference in "color" is actually a different stage in the drying process. Be being less dried out, green tea is suppose to retain more of the phytochemicals that are so good for us.

You always put up interesting questions.

I really enjoy white tea- it supposedly has the highest antioxidant levels because it is usually the least processed. Oolong tea is simply delicious. Lupicia sells my favorite teas. http://www.lupiciausa.com/Oolong_White_Tea_s/398.htm

  • My favorite is Rooibos tea :)
  • I adore herbal teas.
I don't know all of the technical stuff though.
My new favorite is Linden tea. It helps me de-stress. I can literally feel myself relax.
