Hi friends!

So here's my quick story, but I still want to be your friend even if we're not in the same boat!

I'm a first time mom who gave birth a month ago. I don't have much baby weight to lose, but I still want to shed the extra pounds and feel like my old self again. I'm watching what I eat and trying to take care of myself while keeping my little one my top priority!

So speaking of the little one - wow, this is stressful! After a particularly tough day yesterday and stress-eating around the clock, I knew I had to reach out for some myfitnesspal friends to keep me accountable.

Let's help each other in our effort to gain health and lose weight!

    Hey there! I'll add you. I don't have a baby, but we're about the same age (I'm assuming you were born in 1981) and have about the same to lose. I have an open diary and try to be supportive of my friends on here : ) Congrats on the baby and hang in there! My friends with babies all say the first few months are the hardest while you're trying to adjust to your new reality plus your hormones are still going crazy...
