Back Again Too!

I'm joining all the "Back Agains" again. I'm writing everything down what food, drink and exercise. I love carbs, especially popcorn. I think that is my biggest weakness, popcorn. I know it's high in fiber, but when you eat a giant bowl of the stuff, geez, I have enough fiber to last me a lifetime. Anyway, I'm trying to cut out some of the carbs, working out, drinking more water (oh, I did stop drinking massive amounts of diet pop. Went from drinking at least a 2 liter a day to 1/2 a can a day, big improvement!), drinking protein shakes and writing what I put in my mouth down. I WILL hit my goal, don't know when, but it's coming.

    Don't worry about the diet soda, it is mostly water and you can keep drinking it. They have no carbs.
