I've fallen out of using my fitness pal app and am now simply inputting my weight. After practicing with the calorie counting using the app i was still doing somewhat OK until Christmas. My new goal is to get back to using the full calorie counting and adding exercise. This will be my New Year's Resolution -- need to get down 10 more pounds. I have never dieted before so found it easier than I thought. Hoping all of you have a great New Year!
