Training for my first PL meet in October and managed to pull a 405 on a training day!

    I'm chasing 3 plates right now- humph- # the struggle is real.

    Lol, weird video. Cool though. :)

    I pulled 205 yesterday and was excited at how close I am to 2 plates. ;) When I am at 2 plates I'll be pulling 1.5x my body weight.

    I cannot wait until I am pulling 2 plates... I am at 215 1RM... so almost there, I might try next DL sesh.

    My job is to be full time awesome- I'm mostly over used- under valued- and certainly not paid enough- but I feel it's a really important job that SOMEONE has to do- so I stepped up to do it- but honestly the training is rigorous- you can't slack- not surprised so many people pass on the job.

    I only pull 2 plates x 5 at the moment which is 1.73 x bw. I so want to get to 2 x bw and I would be overjoyed if I could get to 3 plates. Well done!

    Congrats!!! I'm very close to finally pulling my bodyweight in a 5 rep set (165lb). Should happen within the next two DL sessions.
