I pulled 205 yesterday and was excited at how close I am to 2 plates.When I am at 2 plates I'll be pulling 1.5x my body weight.

My job is to be full time awesome- I'm mostly over used- under valued- and certainly not paid enough- but I feel it's a really important job that SOMEONE has to do- so I stepped up to do it- but honestly the training is rigorous- you can't slack- not surprised so many people pass on the job.0 -

I only pull 2 plates x 5 at the moment which is 1.73 x bw. I so want to get to 2 x bw and I would be overjoyed if I could get to 3 plates. Well done!0
