Hey Everyone,
My name is Crystal. I'm 23 and a single mom of 2 beautiful kids.
I am trying to lose the rest of the baby weight from my son and then some :)

    Hey guys! Today is my 1st day & i feel really great about this! Im actually excited to log and check my progress lol i feel like i can really do this!!! i always want someone, a friend to diet or workout with me but now i have LOTS of ppl doing it with me!!!

    Thank you, I was searching on the site on healthy tips to gain weight but could only found ways to lose weight way. If anyone have any tips please sure.
