about daily intake of calories

Hello,
first, sorry for my english, it's not my mother tongue
I'm worried about my daily intake of calories. I'm 20, 6'00 tall and I have around 160lb. My primary goal is to lose bodyfat. I think I have to lose about 6lb. I've been doing beachbody programs, like insanity, p30x3, focus t25, body beast, insanity asylum, for one year. Currently I'm doing insanity. I'm not gym type and I think that lifting weights is boring and I actually like bodyweight and cardio trainings. I've lost 45lb in last two years. I've changed my diet a lot (i don't eat sugar, snacks, junk food).
My metabolism is boosted. Sorry for this, but, I have to go the toilet 3-4 times a day. And, of course, I'm always hungry.
So, my question is, should I eat when I'm hungry in situations when I had lunch and I'm hungry hour and half later or what am I supposed to do?
My diet looks like this:
breakfast - 1 cup oatmeal with cinnamon and one scoop of protein, coffe
meal 2 - fruits and peanut butter
lunch - whatever my mother makes ( i try to avoid combination of fats and carbs) + vegetables
meal 4 - coffe, yogurt with half scoop of protein, fruits
dinner - eggs, chicken breasts, ham (usually proteins) + vegetables
meal 5 (before bed) - 1 cup of milk + 1 scoop of protein
is that too much or too little?
thank you

First off great work on doing all the beachbody programs! Its hard to tell from the list you gave but I looks like your not eating enough right now. Usually as you get closer to your target weight your body tries very hard to hold on to the last few pounds. To fix this you have to slowly increase your calories and the last little bit will come off in no time!0

I'm a firm believer in eating when hungry. Just make sure you are hungry. Try drinking some water - and if 20-30 minutes later you still feel hungry, have a snack.0

yes, I do that and I only drink water, and milk with my protein shake.0
