I have a bad back so I don't want to do any floor exercises, is there any stand up ones I can do?

Stand up from the table when you've reached your calorie limit for the day. There's no special exercises for arm pits or backs that will burn fat from just those areas0

You cant spot target fat, but if you want workouts that work those area you could do some cable flys (done standing) and upright rows. Just to name an option for each.0

Wear a better bra.0

Armpits?
Hang upside down from a bar and do reverse lat raises.0 -
Sorry, but you can't spot reduce fat, it's a fitness myth. The only way to lose fat from somewhere is to eat at a deficit; keep in mind that fat will come off the body where it wants to, not where you want it to. Resistance training certain muscle groups will increase strength and maintain muscle mass though. Good luck with your workouts!0

Could be an ill-fitting bra. I get the dreaded "armpit vagina" when I wear an ill fitted bra. It's actually just breast tissue.

Love handles are usually the last amount of fat to go once all the rest has been shed. As everyone has said, there are no spot reduction specific exercises outside of hiring a cosmetic surgeon to do liposuction on your armpit fat and love handles. Much easier, and cheaper to do it yourself by maintaining a daily caloric deficiit and watch it melt away.
In terms of exercise, you could help the calorie burn through walking, jogging, treadmill, cycling, weights, swimming, mowing the lawn, body weight exercises - you name it, whatever burns calories and gets you moving.
As I said, some of those problem areas after you have lost quite a bit of weight are the last to go. So staring in the mirror at the armpit fat and the love handles should be your daily checkpoint to motivate you to continue to shed the fat through running a caloric deficit. It's pretty amazing, once you finally get down to the end of the fat loss process to see those last problem areas melt away.
Best of luck.0 -
