Coffee vending machine calories?

Anyone know how to track something like this? I've looked at the database and googled, but I'm stumped. I've been getting coffee at the halfway point of my 8am Biology class twice a week, so I'd like to be as accurate as possible. The name on the machine is Cafe Pronto.

Example 12oz cafe mocha. I thought of entering it as a Tall Starbucks cafe mocha (120cal) or Cafe Mocha Kcup (60cal) or 6oz vending machine hot chocolate (60-70cal) and 6oz black coffee. That might be what it is, the machine seems to fill the cup halfway, pause, then fill the rest.

Also, if the machine says something like "coffee with pumpkin spice" is it safe to assume it's only coffee and spice and thus minimal calories without cream/sugar?

The first thing I'm going to say is ew.

Now, I'm going to say good luck. I don't know if you'll ever be able to find that unless you call the manufacturer and even they may not be able to tell you.

Why not brew some Joe at home and put it in a high quality insulated mug? My father has a mug that kept the coffee steaming hot for over 4 hours.

Assuming one of THESE (see link) is the machine you're using this is the company Website:
    http://w.cafepronto.co.uk/systems/hotd.php?valid=[ss2]

I can't really look around much at work but if there's no nutritional data page, there is a "Contact Us" link at bottom...you could try contacting them idirectly to ask.

If those aren't it and since you mention "classes" there's a YouTube video for a company called Macchiatto that also has a Cafe Pronto machine...not sure if you would get any contact info or leads from that. (I can't view YouTube at work..):

The idea of bringing your own has merit.

drink it black- bring your own milk

    OR

    invest in a thermos.

Or leave early enough to stop at Dunkin and buy a big cup before you go in.

I would love to bring my own but the time between leaving the house and getting coffee is over 2 hours. i have yet to find any container, even my metal thermos that keeps coffee hot that long. Maybe you have a suggestion for a good one? I realized it's far from the best coffee but I need something to keep my awake by that point.

It's not either of the links posted above. I don't know how to attach an image, but if you google cafe pronto machine and click images it's the middle of the second row. Mostly orange with two people on the front.

I don't want this part to get missed. If anyone has suggestions for a thermos that keeps coffee hot 2 hours plus I would love to go that route.

A vacuum insulated thermos will keep liquids hot for up to 12 hours. Stanley is a popular brand in the USA

As for the cafe pronto calorie count. Try sending them a email inquiry as they don't list nutrition info on their website.

Thank you chivalryder and Camo_xxx. I'm going to go read the reviews of the ones you posted and see what Amazon has.

I realized the coffee at school is not the best. Taking an advance level Bio class my first semester back after a 10 year break was not my best idea. Especially at 8am. I'm not a morning person, especially after nights like last night when the 2 year old was up half the night. Given the choice between less than ideal caffeine and no caffeine, I picked caffeine.

my other suggestion was going to be "get more sleep" but I see that probably won't be an option for you!!!! Good luck with the the kid and the thermos!!!
