Simply Shredded for Women

I have been looking into lifting programs and was wondering if anyone has had success with Simply Shredded. Thanks in Advance!

    I haven't had experience with Simply Shredded, but I started off with Stronglifts 5x5 and would recommend it as a beginner lifting program :)

    I started it- but never stuck with it. I found I was jumbling up exercises. (which is totally operator error on my part) I ended up migrating back to strong lifts.

    I'm half way though week 2 and instead of doing 2 upper & 2 lower days I'm going to do 3 upper & 2 lower one week and 2 upper and 3 lower the next since I can only get to the gym on weekdays I already have 2 rest days on the weekends.
