Two gym memberships

I have two gym memberships. One is Planet Fitness where I pay $10 a month. The other is NYSC where I pay $19.99 a month. Does it make sense to have two memberships?

wow i used to belong to NYSC and my membership wasnt that low :brokenheart:
do you go to that planet fitness in downtown BK? if so i see why you'd have a 2nd gym.

ok anyway, if you can afford it then why not? if the gyms offer different things then why not?

i used to have 2 gym memberships : 1 was my regular gym for $90 and the other was an indoor climbing/crossfit place that was $60. i ended up giving up the indoor climbing place when i lost my job but i've been thinking about rejoining either that one, or a dance/capoeira place or a boxing gym as well.

I go to the planet fitness on Church ave, as my fitness level increased I saw the need for another gym. NYSC offers a low cost membership to DOE employees. That's how I got the $19.99 membership.

I have two memberships as well, one is for a regular treadmill/weight room gym and the other is at a pure rock climbing gym. If they have two different purposes I don't think it's weird, its sometimes a necessity.

I don't currently, but I did have my Taekwondo membership which includes a small gym (cardio, free weights, a few machines) and I also used to have a membership to a health centre which had a full gym with classes and a pool/spa/sauna/ I gave that us when I moved, but if another were close I'd take it up again. They do different things, so I don't see the issue.

If they serve different purposes and you are utilizing them I don't see what's wrong with it. I had four earlier this year so I can't really judge anyone with multiple memberships. Lol. I would probably still have my pilates/kettlebell membership if the stuido hadn't gone through so many negative changes around the time my annual membership expired making me afraid to resign and in the end glad I didn't.

Unfortunately, the $19.99 membership comes with restrictions. I could only use one location.

I never heard of class pass. But I will check it out. Thank you for telling me about it.
