Working out before or after breakfast?

    I get lightheaded just going out to the mailbox for the morning paper without coffee and something in my stomach, so I would say workout after breakfast, but a light breakfast. I did a strength training class after a Spanish omlette, and that was not a good feeling.

    I love to workout in the morning. I have a glass of water and a banana before I leave for the gym which is twenty minutes away.
