Will Oats+ Protein keep in the Fridge/Freezer

As a dessert and sometimes for breakfast, I often make some instant oats and add protein powder, and a little bit of sugar-free drinking chocolate/cocoa powder and splenda.
I was wondering if it would be safe to make a larger batch and keep some of it in the fridge or freezer in tightly sealed containers.
I am not concerned about the texture changing, I am just wondering if they will be safe to eat.
I use soy protein powder.
