Logging, that is. My motivation is dead today as I feel off kilter with a few things in my personal life. But darn it, I still have to meet my challenge goals for the month, I still have to reach 10,000 steps.. And most of all, I have to track. Because that's part of my day now.
It took about a month for my initial motivation to wear off, but I'm still here. I'm really glad I made just tracking everything a priority, here's to hoping it gets me through to the next big blast of motivation.

Just chiming in to agree. I believe that forming new habits is one of the keys to success. You don't have to be perfect, you have to keep at it.0
