Trying to Kick the Cravings

Well, this isn't my first time around here... this time, I'm actually getting married next year and I want to be smaller. The problem is I get serious cravings for sweets, probably to the point where one could say I was addicted to them. Don't get me wrong... I don't get withdrawals. I just crave the taste of sweets. So, my goal is healthier portions and get to a point where I don't want to have a dessert 1-2x daily. I generally just want friends to inspire or help me keep accountable through positive criticism.
It doesn't matter how old you are or what your goal is; I just want some people to share goals with!

Look for some lower calorie solutions. Nothing wrong with adding your treats. I like the Jello chocolate pudding cups for 60 calories when my chocolate craving hits.0

I'll look into that. I have a big ice cream/donut problem because I work at a donut shop. To the same degree though, I really don't want to always feel the need to have a sweet.0
