Hello everyone! I am excited to find this type of resource to assist me in my weight loss. I have tried time and time again to become as fit as I have always hoped to be, but for me it becomes difficult due to it being hard to track my intake as well as it is hard for me to stay motivated. So greetings to everyone and I hope all of us meet the goals we have for ourselves!
