Hey y'all! I am a mom of 3 and had a thyroidectomy 9 months ago. I am ready to get healthy, feel better and look better. I definitely need support to stay accountable as well as ideas of how to stay on track. Anyone else in a similar boat?

    I had thyroidectomy back in 2012 - so I know how that is. I'm just getting to the point where I'm consistently logging everything... so welcome!
