Okay so how come when I do my crunches it doesn't give me the amount of calories I burned? And what about when you go out to dinner how do you track those calories? Just wondering!

To get the calories burned you need to put it in the cardio section.
I am not sure what you mean about tracking calories when you go out to dinner. I just put what I ate in regularly as I would any other meal. Is that what you mean or do you mean how to determine the calories you can still consume when you are actually out???0 -
What I do when it comes to eating out is go to the companies web site. Most major restaurants have nutritional info on line. I check before I go so I know what I can and cant eat then adjust my workout for the day to accommodate the extra calories.
