do not need to lose weight

hi, I have been here on this site for some time and I love it. I have spent many hours reading blogs, stuff on message board and so on. I started here, because I was curious how much I eat. It seemed to me that I eat a lot and sometimes even more... It turned out that on common days I eat 900 calories, I was shocked. I eat pretty much the same things every day, plus when I am hungry I eat more. But the food I eat is perhaps too healthy and not calorie dense, so it is much food in my large bowl (yes bowl because plate is small for so much food. And why I wanted to know? because sometimes I ate 500 g cheese worth of 2000 calories after dinner and I felt great!!! slept very well and was able to exercise more in the morning. Sometimes I did it on purpose when I wanted to sleep well:)) yes of course my body forced me to eat more. sometimes I add nuts or rice or cheese- very dense food, so my stomach did not hurt, but my body realy asked for it. Why am I writing about it. Because of very common question- can I eat only ...calories (less than1200) because I am not hungry... of course you can but write me back in a month or two, if you were able to do it. I can swear that without cheating or binging it is very improbable. Because our body is able to stick this diet only for so long. of course that after week of eating too much your body does not need so much food. or at the beggining of this journey if it is after long period of overeating. But believe me you will not keep doing for the rest of your life.
