How do you guys resist the temptation of binge eating on unhealthy food over the weekend?

I keep myself busy with activities. I also try to eat smaller meals and snacks gradually throughout the day so I won't be so hungry I overeat.0

Go outside and do something - distract yourself or compensate. Or just take lots of naps.0

This! When i feel like i want to just snack for no reason I grab a bottle of water and find something else to do. A hobby, craft with the kids, go for a walk or just crank up some music and dance!0
