food ideas

I am trying to get back on track with using MFP and losing the weight in general, and the one thing that I am still having issues with is the proper food, I have decided to makeover my pantry and get all healthy food in so I have to eat well.
So what are things that you all have stocked in your house that keeps you losing weight? I'm looking for specific food ideas, I know the general ideas, but am looking for specific things to stick on my list. Snacking and meals..
I also make fruit smoothies at home at lot but feel like they don't fill me up enough. (I use strawberries, orange juice and a little fat free yogurt) Does anyone know of any cheap protein products that I could buy at walmart to put in the smoothies to fill me up more?
Thanks!

If we have curry night I have a cup of cous couse with my curry instead of rice and I cook my curry from scratch so their is no crap in it.
Spag bol I boil the mince and throw the water away again I have cous cous
chicken breast and stir fry I have spray oil and lightly spray the pan.
breakfast I either have an omellette or bacon cooked on my griddle pan and poached eggs low carb with chopped toms
I try not to eat alot of starchy high carb foods, I tried to cut down as I have ibs and bread and alot of potatoes set me off but it works for me.0
